Bronx Shoes For Women Giveaway

Bronx Shoes for Woman have the most gorgeous summer stock at the moment.  They have everything from great pumps, gorgeous flat sandals, wedges and stunning heels.  I chose to add these black wedges to my summer wardrobe because I've actually never owned black wedges as I always go for lighter shades in summer.  I'm so glad I went with the black ones though because I realised that I have so many outfits that I can wear them with!  

Bronx Woman want to have all stylish ladies enjoy their city this summer.  They want to know where your shoes take you this season.  As you know I've been loving the way Johannesburg has lilac flowers everywhere at the moment thanks to the jacaranda trees that are lining our streets.  It's definitely something that I look forward to in summer.  I decided to wear this outfit paired with my gorgeous new Bronx wedges for a date night with le bf where we enjoyed a rooftop dinner overlooking our city.  We had such a wonderful time!

I'm all for summer patterns and bright colours.  This tiki print dress is just perfect for getting me into a holiday mood.  It's a pity I live so far from the beach because this outfit made me want to sip a glass of wine on a balcony with a view of the sea.  It's not too long though until I'll be in Cape Town and I'll definitely be packing this dress!

Hello gorgeous girls!  I hope you all had a wonderful weekend.  As promised, here is the full outfit post of what I wore to the Thierry Mugler #BewareOfAngels launch.  I wanted to wear something bold but feminine so I thought the pencil skirt with a crop top would be the perfect combo.  I'm absolutely loving the crop top trend.  While I'm usually super conservative, I think a little sliver of skin if so much fun.  I completed the look with a monochromatic clutch and shoes that match each other perfectly even though they are from two completely different stores.  I tried out a mermaid make up look for the first time with blue and gold which you can't really see in the pictures but I loved it so much that I'm pretty sure you will be seeing it again soon.  

I will be doing a perfume review of Thierry Mugler's Angel fragrance later this week.  It's been a favourite of mine for a while now.  I have featured it in various posts but since I've never done a full review I thought it would be a great idea for those of you curious to try a new fragrance.

Hi everyone!  I've had these tights sitting in my cupboard since last year and I've been so excited to wear them but I haven't done so until now.  I finally decided it was time and put them together with this outfit.  The little hearts are just so sweet.  I thought this look was something Blair from Gossip Girl might have worn and I hope I did her fictional character proud.

Hi everyone

This past weekend I had a girlfriend's birthday.  It was the most fun I've had in ages.  We went to watch a show (Time Warp) at the Barnyard theatre in Rivonia followed by a night on the town.  We sand along to all the songs we knew, we danced and we had a gr.eat time celebrating.  I wore this dress which is probably my favourite dress in my cupboard.  I love the high neckline and the fun polka dots.  I really wish I could have this exact dress in a knee length version so that I could wear it for work.  If you've seen anything remotely similar around, please let me know!

Steal her Style

To me, Gossip Girl's stylist's best creation is Lily van der Woodsen's dress sense.  I could quite easily swap my entire wardrobe for hers.  Always in very tailored, very classic dresses, diamond earring studs, a great necklace, hair swept up and sporting a glass of champagne, this character is the very essence of class and sophistication.  I love the extreme polish and refinery to her look.

Change of season

This weekend was incredible.  It was one of those that will be hard to top.  Despite the wonderful sunny weather, the change of season is now obvious.  We're getting a bite of chill and it has be excited for the winter to come.  Grant spoilt me rotten this weekend and one of the beautiful items I came home with was a Forever New coat from the Northern Lights collection.  All these clothes are so feminine and beautiful that it's hard to find something you dislike in the shop.  I love these images for the collection.

Blake Lively may have had the benefit of a mind blowing Gossip Girl wardrobe and styling, but this girl has style in her own right.  She likes to keep things fitted and is cheeky on the length of her dresses.  The wears fantastic shoes and her eternally mess hair gives you the impression that she looks like she does without any effort.  The way she pieces such a feminine dress with a men's style blazer creates a knock-out effect.  Its no wonder she has Karl Lagerfeld and Christian Louboutin running in circles around her.
